Can you scan half-frame exposures?. Yes we are able to scan your half-frame shots either individually or combined. As standard they will be scanned individually but please let us know by leaving a note with your order if you wish for them to be scann

What happens if my film comes out blank?

If there are no visible images on your film after developing, we will send you a notification via email or phone and will refund any scanning costs you have already paid. There are many reasons for why your film comes out blank, either camera errors,

What if I'm not happy with digital scan results?

Please get in contact with the lab team as soon as you can! You can reach them via email [email protected]. The lab team will be more than happy to discuss the results with you.

Why is there a shipping fee with my Lab order?

Our lab offers a film development service with one FREE tracked shipping to the lab. We do charge a small amount for returning your negatives to you, this is a £3.00 charge for standard Royal Mail 48. If you live locally you can also choose 'Pick-Up'

How long will you store my Scans on my AW account?

Currently there is a deletion date for stored orders within your AW account - however you can purchase our storage to keep your scans available for 1 year. In the lab, we keep scans for three months in case of any issues. If you would like us to dele
