Returning Your Negatives 

As standard we will always send your negatives back to you via tracked shipping as standard - a £3 shipping fee for the return of your negatives is charged when ordering film developments (or free shipping if spending over £50). There is also an option to tell us that you do not require your negatives back, which will remove this shipping fee. Your negatives will be destroyed confidentially 4 weeks after your scans have been uploaded if you choose this.

We hold negatives for 7-10 days after uploading your scans, this is in case of any follow-up requests, quality issues or print orders where we can send the negatives back with the prints.

Develop only Orders

If you order develop-only, then your negatives will go out as soon as they are ready after developing.

How will my film get cut and sleeved?

As standard we cut your film into strips of 6 frames and use negative sleeves. 

If you prefer we can use archival negative sleeves free of charge. Just let us know at checkout.

Please clearly specify if you want them cut differently in your order notes when you checkout.

Can you return my films uncut?  

Yes we can, please let us know if you do not want us to cut your film, please note there will be an extra charge for this service.
