You will get an email notification confirming that the scans have been uploaded to your account*. You can then log into the My Photos section of your account from your phone or computer to see the images.

To view and download your scans you will need an active AW customer account. If you haven't yet activated your account then you can do so here using the same email address used to place the original development order. Email us if you're struggling to access it. 

You can view/download them individually for fast sharing or download them altogether in a ZIP folder.

File retention

Please also note we keep your files stored online for six months. After six months these files are deleted, so make you sure download your digital scans before you lose them. If you would like us to continue storing all your WonderLab scans on our secure and private servers - accessible through your customer account - you can subscribe to our Wonderlab Cloud storage service here.

*If you have unsubscribed from our emails previously, you will not receive email updates from us when your scans are available. If you'd like to subscribe just to updates about your account/orders with the WonderLab (and not general marketing) then you can update your preferences here.
