When your film has arrived to the lab you will receive an email information that it has arrived safely. 

When your scans are uploaded, you will receive an email informing you that they are ready to view via your My Photos section of your AW account. 

If you have ever unsubscribed from our emails then our notification messages will not come through to you. Please make sure you are subscribed to receive updates and notifications about your orders. If you'd like to subscribe just to updates about your account/orders with the WonderLab (and not general marketing) then you can update your preferences here.

At any point you can email the team to check on the status of your order.
