When your film has arrived to the lab you will receive an email information that it has arrived safely. 

When the scans are uploaded, you will receive an email informing they are ready to view via your “My Photos” section of your AW account. 

If you have ever unsubscribed from our emails then our notification messages will not come through to you. If you have unsubscribed, please go to your account preferences on the AW website to resubscribe so we can give you email updates regarding your order.

At any point you can email the team to check on your order.
