Don't panic! 

If you're worried because you haven't heard anything from us and your lab order has not arrived in the lab, just contact us with all the information including the tracking number. We'll do our best to find your order as soon as possible.

We share on our Instagram any parcels that arrive to us without any information, so check there incase your film is there

Sometimes, lost parcels do turn out to be simple delays, however, we also do receive a lot of parcels from customers that have not written their order number on the label or inside the package, so it is impossible for us to link the film to anyone - these are kept aside until customers get in touch with the information required to help us match it to them.
