This sadly does sometimes happen!

If there are no visible images on your film after developing, we will send you a notification via email or phone and will refund any scanning costs you have already paid.

There are many reasons for why your film comes out blank, either camera errors, not winding the film back safely and most are simply just human error. We'll do our best to advise what we think has happened so you can ensure your next roll doesn't turn out like this!

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you the developing cost as we will already have performed that service to develop the film
