Why is there a shipping fee with my Lab order?Updated 2 months ago

Our lab offers a film development service with one FREE tracked shipping to the lab.

We do charge a small amount for returning your negatives to you, this is a £3.00 charge for standard Royal Mail 48. If you live locally you can also choose 'Pick-Up' then you won't be charged a penny.

Please be aware that we do hold your negatives for 7-10 days after your scans have been sent. This is both for quality control and to allow you to purchase prints. Please do feel free to contact us if you would like the negatives sent sooner. 

If you don't need/want your negatives back email [email protected] and we'll refund you your shipping fee.
