How to send your film to us 💌Updated 14 days ago
We make it super-easy and stress-free to get your films developed with us!
Our lab offers film development and scanning with one FREE tracked shipping label per order
Instructions in Shipping Your Films to us 💌
1 - Purchase the correct amount of developments for the number of films you need processing. You must send the same amount of films that you've ordered development of, if you send us fewer films we will refund you and if you send extra films we'll charge you. When viewing your cart on our website, there is a notes/comments box where you can leave us specific instructions - e.g. Push/Pull, Combine half-frames, sending back canisters etc
2 - Once you have placed your development order you will receive an email containing a link to generate a FREE return postage label, specific to your order. You can also use the shipping label provided in any previous warehouse order. If you haven't received the email to create a free postage label you can create one here.
3 - When you are ready to send us your films, print out and attach the postage label (it can also be printed at a local Post Office for free), and please make a note of the unique tracking number just under the barcode - 13 characters long and ending in 'GB'.
4 - Pack up your film securely, adding your name and Analogue Wonderland order number inside, and pop the whole package into a postbox or parcel drop-off.
5 - You can follow your parcel's journey to the WonderLab by entering your unique tracking number at here - so now all you need to do is relax, put your feet up, and await your scans!
Can you return my spool/canister?
Yes, please make sure you add this to your order notes and/or leave a handwritten note with instructions.
Please ship your film in safe packaging
For sustainability purposes please use recycled and recyclable packaging for this stage ♻️ If you happen to have an Analogue Wonderland box on hand from a previous order then they are perfect! Please don't post your film in paper envelopes, they tend to tear in transit and films can be lost.
We have received a film taped to the postage label before, without any packaging! You wouldn't believe what we've seen... please ensure your film is water tight, the postage label and order number is clear and your film will arrive safely 😀
