Why am I missing images from my scans?Updated 2 months ago

The reason you have received fewer scans than you were expecting is because, when we scan your film, we were only able to find that many frames to scan. 

This could be for a number of reasons and factors such as the condition of your camera, how well the film was handled before it arrived with us, and your shooting conditions. 

However, the most common cause is that your film was shot in low light conditions and were not adequately exposed, underexposed and the film was not able to capture enough light to form an actual image. An example of when this happens is when shooting indoors, if there is not enough natural light and the flash is not used then you are unlikely to get a well-exposed shot and sometimes the film may not expose at all.

Film does not see light emitted from light bulbs very well like our eyes do, however in sunlight it is relatively similar.

We will send you all the frames as we were able to scan.
