Why am I missing images from my scans?Updated 8 days ago

The reason you have received fewer scans than you were expecting is because, when we scan your film, we were only able to find that many frames to scan. 

This could be for a number of reasons and factors such as the condition of your camera, how well the film was handled before it arrived with us, and your shooting conditions. 

However, the most common cause is that your film was shot in low light conditions and did not receive enough exposure to record a visible image. This is a common occurrence when shooting indoors as indoor lighting is rarely powerful enough to correctly expose most films in most cameras. When shooting indoors we would always recommend using a flash for this reason.
