What is development and what does it include?Updated 15 days ago

Film development refers the the process of chemically treating exposed photographic film in various baths to produce a film negative (or in some cases a positive). Once the film has been developed it is then usually scanned to produce a digital copy of the photos from which prints can be made.

Our development and scanning services include the cost of the lab development and the digital scans sent to your AW account, plus your physical negatives to be sent back to you if selected, but it does not include prints.

If you wish to order prints, you can do so after you receive your scans. To learn more about ordering prints, please read here.
