Scanning add-ons: border scans, souped & sprockets etc 🥘Updated 6 days ago

Our scanning add-on options allow you to pay for specific upgrades to your film processing. Some are required like the "Souped film" add on for any souped films, others are optional like the "Sprocket Scan" to receive scans that include the sprocket holes. You can order processing add-ons here.

What are the processing add-on services?

1. Sprocket Scans - On 35mm film we can scan the perforations/sprocket holes in the same frame as your exposure, this service is carried out on a Fuji SP3000 scanner or DSLR scanner.
2. Border Scans - For 120 film only we will scan the entire frame including the full border, this service is carried out on a Fuji SP3000 scanner or DSLR scanner.
3. Souped Film - For both 35mm and 120 film that has been souped. The charge is also applicable if a film has been very badly damaged or contaminated.

When ordering add-ons you must order the quantity that applies to the amount of films that require a particular add-on. For example, if you send us two rolls of souped film then you must order two Sprocket Scans add-ons.

Please note that we do offer panoramic scans, we just don't charge extra for it.
