If you are not 100% happy with your online purchase or you consider that something on your order is not right for example an item in your order is damaged, faulty incorrect or missing please report the problem immediately via [email protected] or live chat.
You can return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You are very welcome to use the included lab returns label and we will deduct £4.50 from your refund.
Please enclose your name and order number when returning your item(s), and as soon as we receive them we will be in contact.
