Order Dispatch Delays 🐌Updated a month ago

Sometimes there are delays at our Warehouse due to closures, staff sickness or other reasons. 

Most of our lovely parcels that leave the warehouse are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked Service. Please don't worry. We will do our best to assist you and provide help wherever possible.

If you're worried because you haven't received your order or it has been delivered to the wrong address please do let us know straight away via [email protected]

Please note - Royal Mail 24 and 48 delivery times are not guaranteed, Royal Mail have advised us this isn't a guaranteed service, we will always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery.
