Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can! Please contact us via the live chat button below within 24 hours of your order being placed. Although we take payment for your order at the point of purchase, you may still be able to cancel and refund it. 

If you contact us later than 24 hours after placing your order, we will still try to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to stop your order from being shipped.

Can I add something to my order?

Unfortunately, we can't add items to orders but don't worry, you may be able to place a 2nd order (if your first order has not been dispatched and contact us. We'll refund your 2nd delivery charge and we'll combine it with your first order.

Alternatively, please message or call us as we can cancel your order completely - meaning you can place a new order.
