Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can! Please contact us via the live chat,  [email protected], or call us on (+44) 01494 325970 as soon as possible. Although we take payment for your order at the point of purchase, you may still be able to cancel and refund it. 

If you contact us later than 24 hours after placing your order, we will still try to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to stop your order from being shipped.

Can I add something to my order?

We can add products to your order up until they've been dispatched so please let us know of any changes that you'd like to make as soon as possible. Please contact us via live chat,  [email protected], or call us on (+44) 01494 325970 to request a change to your order. If we're able to make a change we'll issue you an invoice and put your order on hold until it's been paid.
